Key Steps to the Implementation Process (8-12 weeks)

  • Signed contract & order placed
  • Welcome letter via email
  • Software download provided to client
  • Sage University review & recommendations
  • Sales professional transfers information from client needs assessment to consultant
  • Kickoff meeting between consultant & client
  • Detailed implementation checklist & plan to client
  • Scheduling of training sessions
  • Electronic data conversion (if applicable)
  • Payroll/misc. testing
  • Reporting review
  • Order checks (if applicable)
  • Enter balances (manual/electronic)
  • Go Live!
  • Work with Sage Support & consultant as needed
