There are many key improvements moving from Maxwell to Sage 100 Contractor.  Just a few are; the amount of drill down details in all reports, it does not take an act of congress to correct an error, the audit trail of seeing who entered what data & hot links to vital information for jobs, customers, vendors, employees  and service locations from 1 location.  I chose Sage because they have been around for a long time.  I do not have to be concerned if in 5 years they will be out of business.  They also have a team of people to assist you when you need help.  I’d rate Sage a 9 out of 10.  I’m extremely happy with the choice of moving to SAGE!1793062

The paperless solution thru AP has saved us a lot of time, it has been great!  Getting the detailed information you need from the drill downs within 1 screen has also been very helpful.  Being able to edit original entries, rather than creating the reversing entry and re-enter a new one saves so much time and is so much less confusing!  The navigation, ease of use and screen layouts was also important during our evaluation process while selecting the Sage solution.imgres
